Children will be divided into suitable age and ability groups to ensure that sessions are safe, enjoyable and appropriately challenging. Activities will include: Floor …more gymnastics Vaulting Tumbling Balance and coordination exercises Flexibility and conditioning Strength-building activities Gymnastics circuits and challenges Team games and group activities Dance, movement and creative sessions Routine development Fun competitions and achievement challenges Supervised breaks and quiet activities Our qualified and experienced coaches will help participants develop their skills at an appropriate pace. The camp is suitable for complete beginners as well as children with previous gymnastics experience. The focus will be on participation, progression, confidence, teamwork and enjoyment. Children will not be pressured to attempt any skill that is beyond their current ability. less
