Terms & Conditions

Our fee procedure is designed to be affordable whilst giving children flexibility to access classes which are most suited to their abilities. The payment will be expected by 1st of each month. Fees should be paid monthly in advance. If the payment is not successful at first request, it will be automatically requested again, with late fees will be applied.  

If fees are paid outside of the payment due period, you will pay a 15% surcharge to cover extra administration costs. If fees have not been paid, unfortunately your child will not be allowed to participate in class, and the space may be filled. 

I understand that ALL fees are non-refundable. No membership fees required for FREE classes.

I understand that one month’s notice via email to: admin@j-ace.co.uk will be required if my child no longer wishes to take classes with J’ace.

If the notice is given later in the month then the last month’s payment will still be due. 

I understand that there will be no reduction or refund due to any absence from class, including for reason due to illness, auditions, holidays or any other reasons which may arise.

I understand that by continuing to recieve services from J'ace Gymnastics and processing and initialising any payment states that I am agreeing with J’ace’s ‘Terms and Conditions’.

All class fees are final and non-refundable.
