Subscription: J’ace Gymnastics – Fees, Payments & Cancellation Notice

J’ace Gymnastics operates a monthly subscription payment system, designed to keep fees affordable while allowing gymnasts to access classes appropriate to their age and ability. By registering for classes, making payment and/or continuing to receive services from J’ace Gymnastics, you confirm your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, including the following payment and cancellation terms.

Monthly Fees & Payments: Class fees are payable monthly in advance and are due on the 1st of each month. Fees are charged as a monthly subscription and are not calculated on a per-class basis. Payments continue throughout the year, including August/summer closure, where applicable, as your subscription secures your child's place and prevents that space from being offered to another gymnast.

If an automatic payment is unsuccessful, payment may be requested again. Where fees remain unpaid or are paid outside the required payment period, a 15% late-payment surcharge may be applied to cover additional administration. If fees remain outstanding, your child may be unable to participate in classes and their place may be released.

Multiple Classes & Siblings: Where you are registering multiple children or booking more than one weekly session, please select the classes required. Once your order has been received, we will ensure the appropriate subscription and applicable discounts are applied before payment is submitted. You will be notified of any relevant changes or updates.

For gymnasts attending two or three classes per week, applicable multi-class discounts will be calculated against the overall monthly subscription. The two-class discount does not apply to the Diamond Group, where the relevant discount is already incorporated into the subscription. Where applicable, sibling discounts may also be applied.

Refunds, Absences & Cancelled Classes: All membership and class fees are final and non-refundable once booked or collected. No reductions, credits or refunds are provided for individual absences, including illness, holidays, auditions or other personal circumstances.

Where J’ace Gymnastics has to cancel a class, a refund will not ordinarily be provided. Our subscription structure allows for up to three J’ace-cancelled sessions per year; where cancellations exceed this allowance, one month of class fees will be provided free of charge. This does not apply where disruption or cancellation results from inadequate or unavailable training facilities provided by a third-party venue/provider.

Cancellation of Membership: If your child no longer wishes to attend J’ace Gymnastics, one full month’s notice must be provided by email to admin@j-ace.co.uk. If notice is provided after the relevant notice period has commenced, the following month’s subscription may still become payable in accordance with the one-month notice requirement.

Free Classes: Where a class is specifically offered as a free class, no membership fee is required unless otherwise stated.

By registering for a class, initiating or processing payment, maintaining a subscription and/or continuing to receive services from J’ace Gymnastics, you acknowledge and agree to J’ace Gymnastics’ current Terms & Conditions, payment procedures and cancellation policy.

All children also have to pay a £35.00 Annual Membership
